Screw Up is an obstacle race organized for a wild TV show, similar to a new Takeshi's Castle or Wipeout.
Screw Up is an end-of-year project where I primarily focused on the level design.
I have created 9 levels. Five of them follow a specific pacing, while four of them are extra levels. The last one is a rework of my partner's creation.
The extra levels were designed to provide a different experience for the player. Two of them involve the character sliding at higher speeds. Another is a longer demo level with all the gameplay elements of the game, created for an early presentation. Lastly, there is one with many falling platforms, inspired by a Takeshi's Castle challenge.
